Shipping policy

Once your order is in, our job is to get it to you quickly and keep you in the loop the whole way. Below is exactly how processing, shipping, and delivery work. Everything here covers orders shipping within the United States, which is the only place we currently deliver.

 

Where we ship
We deliver to all 50 states and Washington, D.C., including PO boxes. At this time we don't ship to APO or FPO military addresses, or to US territories.

 

How we process your order

  • Cut-off is 3:00pm EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Order before the cut-off on a business day and we begin processing the same day.
  • Order after 3:00pm EST, or over a weekend or US federal holiday, and processing begins the next business day.
  • Processing takes 0 to 2 business days, the time we spend verifying, packing, and preparing your order to leave.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

 

How long delivery takes

  • Method: Premium Tracked Delivery, with tracking on every order.
  • Transit: 4 to 6 business days after your order ships.
  • Door to door: roughly 4 to 8 business days from when you place the order, processing included.

These are estimates. Your location and factors outside our control can shift them.

 

What shipping costs

  • A flat $7.99 per order, anywhere we ship in the US.
  • One rate covers the entire order. Nothing extra appears at checkout.

 

Following your parcel

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on the carrier's site to watch it make its way to you.

 

Who carries it

We ship with trusted, established carriers. The one assigned to your order can vary with your address and whichever route is most reliable at the time.

 

Getting your address right

Accurate delivery starts with the details you enter, so please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete:

  • We'll reach out to confirm the correct address.
  • A further shipping charge may apply to send it back out.

 

If a delivery goes astray

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn't with you:

  • Check with neighbors and anyone else at your address.
  • Ask at your local depot or post office.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Delays outside our control
We work to hit every estimate, but occasionally things slip for reasons we can't govern, such as:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Other unforeseen events
