Orders and Shipping
To all 50 states and Washington, D.C. PO boxes accepted. No APO or FPO addresses, no US territories. US only.
Every order ships by Premium Tracked Delivery at $7.99 flat. One rate, one service.
Processing takes 0 to 2 business days. The order cutoff is 3:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit takes 4 to 6 business days once your order is on its way. Door to door, allow roughly 4 to 8 business days, processing included.
Tracking on every order. Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Enter it on the carrier's site, or open Track your order in the site footer to follow it in one place.
Yes, until the order is processed or shipped. Email customercare@alexander-burton.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return route applies.
Returns and Refunds
45 days from delivery. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with all tags, in their original packaging.
Email customercare@alexander-burton.com first and wait for the return address. It is not published; we provide it by email once your return is approved. Return postage is paid by the customer. No prepaid labels. We recommend a tracked service. No restocking fees, ever.
To your original payment method within 2 business days of the return passing inspection. If nothing has landed after 7 business days, email us. The original shipping charge is not refunded unless the return is our fault.
Report it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Once confirmed, it is replaced or refunded in full at no cost, and nothing is sent back unless we ask.
Yes. Exchanges are available for faulty and non-faulty items, arranged by email with customercare@alexander-burton.com.
Product and Fit
True to size across the range. Between sizes, take the larger for an easier drape. The Cortlandt is relaxed by design; for a closer fit over a tee alone, consider one size down.
Yes, on every product page. It lists chest, sleeve, and length for sizes S to XXL, with a short guide on how to measure.
Each product page names its cloth by family: washed cotton Oxford, fine-gauge knit, brushed woven flannel, heavyweight waffle knit. The fabric notes sit with each product.
Most pieces machine wash cold and hang to dry or dry flat, with a warm iron if needed. Follow the care line on each product page; it is written for that cloth.
Payment and Security
All major cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in USD.
Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Yes. Eligibility is 18 plus. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
